Active Club is designed for various forms of training. The personal trainers use exercise material from, among other things, the crossfit concepts, regular strength training, boxing, cardio training, walking training and also medically focused training aimed at recovery. In each lesson various exercises from these disciplines are executed. In addition, the coaches also have the expertise to apply relaxation exercises and breathing training if desired.
